The Sunshine 60 Observatory is on top of the Sunshine 60 building which in on top of the Sunshine City mall in Ikebukuro. The observatory is approximately 60 stories up at 226 meters (742 ft.). When the Sunshine 60 building was built in the late 70's it was noted as the "Tallest Building in Asia". The observatory offers nice views of surrounding Tokyo especially in the Shinjuku direction.
