Shibuya Japan
About

Center Gai in Shibuya is the main shopping street in Shibuya. It is a pedestrian walkway that is famous for Shibuya Girls and being a birthplace for fashion trends. During normal hours Center Gai is packed with people including shoppers, tourists, students and a variety of "grey area" characters.

All different types of shops line the main street and it's side streets with food, bars, clubs, coffee shops, boutiques and game centers. Food and Shopping can be quite good in this area as competion is high and there is a great variety to choose from. There are many Sweets Shops and Ice Cream / Crepe shops that cater to the young crowd. Center Gai is popular with teenagers and the early 20s crowd but of course plenty of older people visit as well. Be prepared for a senses overload when you cross Shibuya Crossing into Center Gai, if your from a country farm in your homeland... be prepared to freak out!
