Looking for an "Osaka Dish" ? Kushikatsu is deep-fried meat and vegetables on skewers and it's good! When you arrive you may find the longest queue in front of Yaekatsu but please be patient and wait as the food will not let you down. They use a wide range of ingredients from pork and beef to seafood to egg and vegetables are fried in front of you. You can also try the "Doteyaki" here which is a well-boiled beef gristle with miso.
