It's a very small Soba and Udon joint. Very Cheap! You can get some noodles under 500 yen. Lots of Salary men in here slurping down the cheap bowls of noodles. You get a nice lump of noodles for you money too. If your in the area visiting Koishikawka Korakuen, stop in and have some cheap great tasting noodles.
