In Tokyo it is kinda hard to find "Authentic" Chinese food because it is usually "adjusted" to fit the Japanese palette. However, Tohkalin on the second floor of the Okura Hotel is a pretty good Chinese food. You can go a la carte or a set menu which generally start at around 9,000 yen. You get a decent amount of food for that price but the price is a bit high because of the location. They also have private rooms.
