This beautiful Traditional Ryokan is located in the heart of Arashiyama away from the bustling and hustling of the busy city. The Togetsutei gives a tastes of nature and the morning and evening of silence play us soften the hearts of those who visit without changing the time of thousand years. It has only 25 traditional Japanese-style rooms, and all of the rooms have their own private bath and toilet. There are shared indoor baths for both women and men at Togetsutei (same gender bathing only), and a sauna is also available. And to truly experience authentic Japanese tradition, Japanese meals are served in private rooms.
