Yum! Yakitori! (Well, we can say that about every Japanese food) Takadori Umedaten is a yakiitori restaurant using "Binchotan". "Biinchotan" is type of charcoal made from oak, and as it burns without smoke, it is most favored charcoal in Japan. They also use JAS (Japan Agricultural Standard) certified Japan domestic chicken. Takadori Umedaten is always crowded but worth the wait. If you want to be seated quickly, show up very early in the evening otherwise be prepared to chat with your pals a while, while you wait.
