There are two "Piao Xiang" in Tokyo, this one being in the Ginza area (the other in Yoyogi Uehara). The chef's at this Chinese Restaurant in Ginza train in China to bring you real authentic "Sichuan Style" Chinese food. Recommended dishes are shrimp-filled dumplings served on a bed of wilted greens and drizzled with homemade la-yu chili pepper sauce, tender pork spareribs rubbed with cumin and steamed chicken and fried tofu in sesame sauce.
