This is one of those places that "locals" and or "Expats" like to visit. It's not hyped up or crazy fill with people or fashioned in a trendy decor just for the heck of it... it's a traditional, sit on the tatami cozy place to get some good food. Sure, you may not bring relatives or visiting friends here to impress them but when you want to relax and enjoy a nice time, Ichibe is a great little Izakaya for that.
