About
This independent Ramen shop is opened by a former shop manager of a "Setagaya" Ramen shop, which was No.1 in the "Kan-nana Ramen Battle". The shop is very selective about every single ingredient they use, perhaps due to the strong sense of responsibility of making the perfect Ramen. Stroll down the shopping arcade on the east side of Gakugei-Daigaku Station and you'll soon find this noodle shop famed for its Shoyu Ramen (¥700), served in a sweet, chicken-based soup seasoned with konbu seaweed. This masterful mix made with branded bird from Tottori and Shizuoka's Gotenba, practically demands to be paired with high-quality noodles and Bigiya's whole-wheat, medium-thick offerings fit the bill.
