About
The Kyoto Aquarium (in Japanese Kyoto Suizokukan; 京都水族館) is a modern day aquarium. It aims to recreate the living area of animals found in Japan and in other countries as well. It is home to interactive events where visitors can have fun while learning about aquatic life since it aims to be a comprehensive "edutainment-oriented aquarium" where children living in Kyoto can learn about and interact with water resources and aquatic life.

Cost: Adult (18+): 2050 yen, 15-17: 1550 yen, 5-14: 1000 yen, 3-4: 600 yen, under 3 are free.
