"Kouan Kyoto Ekimae" is an Izakaya/Noodle shop. They are very busy in the evening as they serve up all kinds of drinks (mainly Sake) too but of course you can stop by in the afternoon for some pretty darn good Udon. Since they are a "slash" Izakaya, you can also order up many different types of Izakaya dishes also.
