Kendonya serves up Udon (white, thicker than Soba, noodles) as it's specialty. They are "semi-famous" here for the texture (called "Koshi" in Japanese) of their noodles which have great "Koshi". Kendoya makes "Kyoto Style" Udon which is similar to standard Japanese Udon with the dipping sauce being slightly different, "light" in nature.
