This Ramen shop is pretty famous in Nanba Osaka but a bit difficult to find for newcomers as it is located on a very narrow street out of no where. Search hard, like trying to find a treasure chest (and using the map provided here) because they have legendary Ramen that many locals can't live without! JouRoku's specialty is "Chuka soba" (Chinese Soba) which is "black". Interesting... and good! There base sauce is supposedly fish with a mixture of soy sauce (but no "real" Ramen shop ever tells) and boiled to perfection for a long time. Considered the "best Ramen in town" by locals.
