Izuyasu offers the true essence of a traditional Kyoto Japanese Inn. Izuyasu Ryokan was established in 1839 during the Edo period and was was originally established to receive the Buddhist priests and travelers who came to Kyoto to worship. For many generations this Ryokan (Japanese Inn) has boasted about it's high quality of service and care for it's guests. There are 8 traditional Japanese style rooms, a spacious room for dining and the Ryokan has recently been renovated in this to include a second floor and a Japanese style garden.
