Right next to Fushimi Inari Shrine is Inafuku where they serve up sparrows and quails (Just like Nezameya). It does sound a bit... strange but there is a long history of this meal here and the taste is quite good. They are also known for their Inari-zushi, which is commonly eaten all over Japan, so if your hungry and need a bite to eat after of before visiting the shrine consider Inafuku.
