Hajime is a Michelin Guide 3 star French Restaurant in Osaka. It opened in May 2008 and chef/owner Hajime Yoneda was awarded the Michelin Guide 3 stars after only a year and five months in business... a record in Michelin history! Mr. Yoneda started his life out as an electronics engineer but found his true calling as a chef. Each season, Hajime changes its highly conceptual set menu, and that is the only menu it offers. Adding a Japanese "essence" into its menu, Hajime embodies French cuisine for a new generation, and it will surely stimulate and satisfy all five senses.
