Antique Inn Sumiyoshi is a Japanese Ryokan (Japanese Inn) located in the heart of Takayama and offers homely Japanese Style accommodation in a historic building. It was selected as one of the Top 25 Inns in Japan by TripAdvisor's Travelers' Choice Award 2015. The Traditional rooms have tatami (woven straw) flooring and traditional futon bedding. A low table and a TV with satellite channels are provided. A Japanese multi-course dinner will be prepared and can be enjoyed in the guest's room along with free green tea. Guests can choose to have either Japanese or Western breakfast to satisfy their appetite in the morning. Free WiFi is available at the lobby and guestrooms.
